The Role:
1st Line
* Log and manage incidents via the service desk
* Provide remote and desk-side support
* Troubleshoot Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, hardware and printers
* Manage users in Active Directory & Microsoft 365
* Escalate complex issues appropriately
2nd Line
* Advanced troubleshooting across systems and applications
* Assist with networking (DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP)
* Support projects, migrations and system improvements
What We’re Looking For:
Engineers from an MSP background who:
* Work well in fast-paced environments
* Manage multiple tickets confidently
* Have strong troubleshooting skills
* Communicate clearly with users at all levels
* Are motivated to develop and progress
Experience With:
