Director and shareholder disputesContentious probateDebt recoveryCommercial and residential rental repossessionsContract and commercial disputesConstruction and building disputesBusiness sale and partnership disputesDefamation and reputation managementProperty, supply, and franchise disputesManaging you own clients from the outset, you will be responsible for:
Managing client matters independently and efficiently from instruction to completionProviding high-quality, pragmatic legal advice across multiple practice areasLiaising directly with clients, agents, and third parties in person and by phoneIdentifying and pursuing business development and cross-selling opportunitiesSupporting and collaborating with colleagues across departmentsEnsuring compliance with all professional and regulatory requirementsTo be considered, you will have a minimum of 5 years PQE in Commercial Litigation and demonstrate the ability to manage a complex caseload confidential. We are seeking a commercial aware and proactive fee earner, confident with leadership qualities.
