About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Vice President to join a mid-sized Pan-European real estate investment platform. This is a unique opportunity to work on securitisation projects and structured transactions with exposure to high-value deals and a dynamic/entrepreneurial environment. The firm was founded in 2008 and targets investments in office, retail, hospitality and industrial properties primarily across the UK, the Nordics and Western Europe. Key Responsibilities: Lead financial modelling and long-term cash flow analysis for securitisation and structured real estate transactions. Conduct detailed underwriting, credit analysis, and due diligence. Support negotiations, financing arrangements, and transaction documentation. Prepare investor presentations and reporting materials. What We're Looking For: 5-8 years of experience in investment banking, with a strong real estate focus. Expertise in financial modelling and securitisation structures. Strong understanding of credit dynamics and structured finance. Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
