Role: Digital Content & Storytelling Specialist
The specialist will produce and manage high-quality content that communicates our work and impact across digital platforms, bridging data science and digital communication to showcase our data and products to target audiences.
Responsibilities
1. Content Creation & Storytelling: Develop engaging content translating complex data into accessible narratives, including blogs, articles, whitepapers, reports, and case studies. Create compelling social media, newsletters, and marketing copy, and design visual assets like infographics and videos using tools like Canva.
2. Content Distribution: Plan and publish content across channels such as our website, blog, LinkedIn, Bluesky, and email. Collaborate with marketing to identify content opportunities, tailor content for each platform, and optimize for engagement. Implement A/B testing strategies and analyze content performance.
3. Brand & Message Consistency: Maintain consistent brand voice and visual identity, ensuring accuracy and relevance.
4. Collaboration & Internal Communication: Work with data science, engagement, and product teams to develop stories, coordinate with design and marketing teams, and contribute to content strategy and planning.
5. Audience Engagement & Growth: Monitor trends and audience behavior, refine strategies, and explore new formats like videos and interactive graphics.
6. SEO & Accessibility: Apply SEO best practices and ensure content accessibility standards are met.
Qualifications
* Proven experience in content creation, storytelling, or digital marketing, preferably in data-driven environments.
* Strong writing, editorial skills, and ability to simplify complex topics.
* Experience with data visualization tools and digital content tools like Canva, HubSpot, and CMS systems.
* Understanding of target markets including financial services, public sector, NGOs, and government.
* Experience managing social media channels and growing audiences.
* Basic design and video editing skills.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
* Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
