About Our Client

Job Description
3. Assist in the preparation and maintenance of financial records and reports
4. Process invoices, payments, and other financial transactions accurately and in a timely manner
5. Assist with journal postings
6. Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies where necessary
7. Support the month-end and year-end financial close processes
8. Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations
9. Provide support to the Accounting & Finance team on ad hoc projects
10. Maintain organised and up-to-date financial documentation and filing systems
11. Liaise with suppliers and internal teams confidently
The Successful Applicant
A successful Finance Assistant should be/have:
12. Experience in a high volume, transactional role
13. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
14. Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
15. Ability to work well under pressure
16. An understanding of financial regulations and compliance requirements
17. The ability to work effectively within a team environment
18. Excellent communication skills
19. Immediate availability (or on short notice)
