Key Responsibilities
1. Manage a portfolio of UK Convenience accounts, meeting profitability and growth targets.
2. Build and maintain relationships at multiple levels within customer organizations.
3. Optimize product mix to enhance profitability, including marketing initiatives.
4. Develop and manage joint business plans aligned with business priorities.
5. Negotiate distribution and fixture space with buyers for key SKUs.
6. Coordinate with internal teams to maximize results across departments.
7. Ensure accurate forecasting and collaborate with demand planners.
8. Review customer account plans annually for budgeting.
9. Implement promotional plans within budgets and evaluate their effectiveness.
10. Provide accurate sales forecasts and demand planning.
Required Skills and Experience
* At least 3 years of account management experience in Food & Beverage or Grocery Retail sectors.
* Strong knowledge of the UK retail landscape and proven growth delivery.
* Interest or knowledge in sports nutrition, health, or wellness products.
* Excellent communication and influencing skills.
* Data-driven decision-making skills.
* Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
* Relationship-building skills with key customers.
* Proactive and solutions-oriented mindset.
