Weekends are a priority Job Description BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking compassionate and reliable individuals to join our team as Caregivers / Home Health Aides. In this role, you will provide one-on-one, in-home support to clients, helping them remain safe and comfortable in their own homes. No prior experience is required—we provide paid training and ongoing support for the right individual. Responsibilities Assist with personal care (bathing, grooming, toileting) Support activities of daily living (ADLs) Perform light housekeeping and laundry Prepare meals and assist with feeding Provide mobility assistance and transfers Offer medication reminders Assist with range-of-motion exercises Provide companionship and emotional support Qualifications Must be at least 18 years old Reliable and compassionate with a desire to help others Ability to travel to client homes as assigned Previous caregiving or healthcare experience is a plus, but not required Benefits Competitive pay: $25/hour mileage reimbursement Additional $2/hour for holiday shifts $500 referral bonus Paid vacation and sick time Flexible scheduling Assignments close to home Direct deposit PPE provided 24/7 clinical and on-call support Why Work with BAYADA?
