Responsibilities Lead and deliver complex technology and transformation projects across multiple sectors.
Engage senior stakeholders, providing clear advice, progress tracking, and issue resolution.
Establish and manage governance frameworks, delivery plans, and reporting.
Build strong client relationships, with progression towards client development at Senior Consultant level.
Contribute to the growth, culture, and entrepreneurial ambitions of the firm.
Requirements 6–10+ years' experience in consulting at Big Four, Accenture, or IBM.
Strong technical delivery background with credibility in front of clients.
Broad industry exposure (not limited to financial services or public sector).
Excellent stakeholder management and facilitation skills.
Proficient in Agile and Waterfall methodologies, with a structured consulting toolkit.
Articulate, collaborative, and technically curious.
What’s On Offer Salary: £80,000 – £140,000 depending on experience plus a £20,000 bonus and 10% employer pension contribution (1% employee).
Hybrid working arrangement based in London.
