Overview
An established boatbuilder and composite specialist is looking for an enthusiastic and proactive Administrative Assistant (Full Time or Part Time negotiable for the right candidate) to join their friendly team in Lymington.
Responsibilities
* Welcoming visitors
* Handling phone and email enquiries
* Helping with health & safety records
* Packing and shipping spares orders
* Office administration: filing, scanning, ordering stationery and uniforms
* Liaising with suppliers to obtain quotes or place orders
* Project-side support: record keeping and compliance documents for production contracts
* Assisting other departments as needed
Qualifications & Experience
* At least one year’s experience in a similar role
* Confident using Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
* Excellent attention to detail; well-organized; able to juggle tasks; positive, can-do attitude
Hours & Location
This is an office-based role in Lymington. Full-time hours are Monday to Friday, 8:30am–4:30pm; part-time arrangements are also considered for the right candidate.
