We are seeking an experienced Business Change Manager with strong expertise in leading and delivering complex business transformation and change initiatives. The ideal candidate will work closely with stakeholders, project teams, and senior leadership to ensure that organisational changes are effectively planned, communicated, implemented, and embedded, while minimising disruption and maximising business value. Job Description (Main Duties and Responsibilities): Lead end-to-end business change initiatives, ensuring alignment with organisational strategy and objectives. Develop and implement comprehensive change management strategies, frameworks, and plans. Conduct impact assessments to identify risks, dependencies, and business readiness across people, processes, and technology. Collaborate with stakeholders to define change scope, objectives, and success criteria. Drive stakeholder engagement and manage expectations across all levels of the organisation. Design and execute communication strategies to support change adoption and awareness. Develop and deliver training plans, materials, and workshops to support business readiness. Monitor and track change adoption metrics, KPIs, and benefits realisation. Identify and mitigate resistance to change through targeted engagement strategies. Work closely with project managers, business analysts, and technical teams to ensure smooth implementation of change initiatives. Facilitate workshops, focus groups, and stakeholder meetings to gather feedback and drive alignment. Support organisational design, process improvement, and cultural transformation initiatives. Ensure governance, compliance, and documentation standards are maintained throughout the change lifecycle. Manage risks, issues, and dependencies related to change programmes. Provide leadership, coaching, and guidance to project teams and business stakeholders. Drive continuous improvement by capturing lessons learned and best practices. Support digital transformation initiatives including system implementations, process automation, and technology adoption. Ensure alignment between business change activities and IT/system delivery. Prepare executive reports, dashboards, and presentations on change progress and outcomes. Support post-implementation reviews and ensure sustainability of change initiatives. Key Skills, Qualifications and Experience Needed (The candidate must demonstrate these in all stages of assessment) Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Information Technology, or a related field. 5 years of experience in Business Change Management, Transformation, or related roles. Strong experience delivering large-scale business and digital transformation programmes. Proven expertise in change management methodologies (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR, Kotter, Lean Change Management). Experience in stakeholder management across senior leadership and cross-functional teams. Strong understanding of business process mapping, re-engineering, and optimisation techniques. Experience in organisational change, culture transformation, and behavioural change initiatives. Ability to conduct impact assessments, readiness assessments, and change risk analysis. Strong communication and engagement planning skills. Experience in training needs analysis, learning design, and delivery. Knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, Hybrid). Experience working alongside IT teams on system implementations (ERP, CRM, digital platforms). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data-driven decision-making capability. Experience in benefits realisation tracking and reporting. Familiarity with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, MS Project, Visio, Power BI, or similar. Experience in managing resistance and driving behavioural change. Strong understanding of governance, compliance, and audit requirements. Ability to manage multiple change initiatives simultaneously. Experience in process improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma. Knowledge of organisational design and workforce planning principles. Experience in vendor and third-party management (desirable). Professional certifications in Change Management (Prosci, APMG, or equivalent) are highly desirable.
