Job Title: Learning & Development Officer (Trainer)
Location: Poringland, Norfolk (and across JMR Healthcare as required)
Contract Type: Permanent
Working Pattern: Full Time (37.5 hours) Monday to Friday between 08:00 – 18:00
Responsibilities
You will design and deliver training sessions, manage compliance records, and support colleagues to embed learning into practice. You’ll need excellent organisational skills, strong IT capability, and the confidence to present and coach effectively. Above all, you’ll bring creativity, professionalism, and a values‑driven approach to everything you do.
Qualifications
Essential:
* Experience working as in a Learning and Development role, with experience delivering training
* Good working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Powerpoint, Excel and Outlook) and training software
* Excellent communicator, including both verbal and written forms of communication
* Strong organisational skills to plan, schedule and manage multiple training programs.
Desirable:
* Qualification in L&D, CIPD Level 3, or desire to work towards this qualification
* Experience working in a healthcare, education, or other regulated sector
* Working knowledge of MHR iTrent
