We are looking for a highly organised Sales and Admin Coordinator to support the Sales team from our Swindon HQ.
Overview
This position requires somebody who is detail-oriented, numerate, capable of multitasking, and committed to delivering excellent internal and external customer service. The ideal candidate will act as a key link between the sales, design, logistics and finance teams to help streamline and support business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
* Responding to incoming customer enquiries and quote requests via phone and email, providing timely and accurate information.
* Sending quotes and invoices to customers
* Sending shipping information and delivery quotes to customers
* Regularly updating and maintaining the database
* Sending out finish samples to customers
Skills/Experience Required:
* Proven experience in a similar sales support or administrative coordination role.
* Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and CRM tools.
* Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
* High attention to detail with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
