Youll be part of a strongmanagement team, with the opportunity to shape how services are delivered andmake a real difference to both patients and staff.</p><h3>Main duties of the job</h3><p>As Deputy Practice Manager, you will take lead responsibility for the operational management of the practice, ensuring services run smoothly, efficiently, and deliver an excellent patient experience.</p><p>You will oversee our Care Navigation and Administration teams, and lead on rota management and patient access.
