Relocation Client Account Manager - EMEA
We’re working with a global leader in the relocation and mobility industry, searching for a highly skilled Relocation Client Account Manager to join their established EMEA team. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual who thrives on client interaction and solution-based delivery.
The successful candidate will work closely with both internal stakeholders and external clients to develop tailored mobility solutions.
Responsibilities
* Build and maintain trusted relationships with key clients across the EMEA region.
* Act as the main point of contact for client accounts, delivering customised global mobility solutions.
* Translate client mobility programme needs into effective service strategies.
* Collaborate with marketing teams to drive meaningful campaigns and outreach events.
* Host and facilitate client-focused events, roundtables, and industry networking sessions.
* Offer strategic advice and insights to enhance clients' relocation programmes.
* Monitor account health and identify barriers to programme success.
* Stay updated on industry trends and share insights internally and externally.
* Liaise with internal subject matter experts to design client-specific service models.
* Advocate internally on behalf of clients to ensure continuous service evolution.
Requirements
* Strong background in relocation account management and client services.
* Proven experience in global mobility, preferably within the EMEA market.
* Prior experience working for a relocation or moving company is essential.
* Ability to build long-term strategic client partnerships.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills.
* Commercially astute with the ability to deliver tailored solutions to complex client needs.
