Executive Assistant & EA Team Lead
Salary: £70,000 – £80,000 depending on experience
A highly successful and growing investment firm is looking for a Senior Executive Assistant to support a senior leadership team member and three Managing Directors, while also providing oversight and guidance to a team of Executive Assistants.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced EA who enjoys operating at pace within an investment environment and who is confident acting as a true right hand to senior stakeholders.
The role
You will provide high-level EA support to a senior leader and three Managing Directors, managing complex diaries, international travel and coordinating across a busy investment team. The role also includes line management of five EAs, working closely alongside another manager to support the wider administrative team.
This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys being deeply embedded in the business, understands the rhythm of an investment environment and is comfortable making judgement calls and anticipating the needs of those they support.
Responsibilities will include
* Complex diary management across multiple senior stakeholders
* Extensive international travel coordination and itinerary management
* Supporting investment processes including preparation for investment committee meetings
* Acting as a key point of coordination across the leadership team and EA group
* Line management and mentorship of five Executive Assistants alongside another manager
* Ensuring smooth day-to-day operations across the team
* Supporting senior stakeholders in a proactive, solutions-focused way
About you
* Significant Executive Assistant experience supporting senior stakeholders
* Experience within financial services, investment or a deal-driven environment is strongly preferred
* Comfortable supporting investment professionals and understanding the pace of deal activity
* Experience coordinating investment committee meetings or similar senior forums
* Highly organised with strong judgement and the ability to prioritise competing demands
* Confident working closely with senior leadership as a trusted right hand
* Experience supporting or mentoring other EAs is advantageous
