Job Description
* To ensure that all guest accommodation is well maintained and presented to the highest standard which continually exceeds our guests' expectations.
* Assisting the Housekeeping Supervisor with the allocation of duties, including the completion of timesheets and rotas.
* The ability to lead by example and motivate a team of 23 to support the delivery of our exceptional service standards across 112 hotel rooms.
* Ensure the housekeeping team have received the correct COSHH and Health & Safety training and are adhering to the correct procedures.
* To be competent using IT and Microsoft Office.
* Provide amazing customer service to all of our guests.
* To work efficiently and to keep within time frames.
* To have the ability to work in a fast-paced and physically demanding role.
* Being approachable and the first point of call to the housekeeping team members.
* Having a keen eye and strong attention to detail.
* Having excellent organisational skills.
* Being self-motivated with a positive outlook and a passion to do your best.
Hours of Work:
* This role is based on 30 hours per week.
* And would involve working 4 days out of 7 (including weekends)
Qualifications
* Previous experience of working in a team leader or supervisory role.
* Strong IT and computer skills is essential.
