Job Brief
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Account Manager to join our team. Reporting to our Head of Client Services, the ideal candidate will be responsible for managing key client accounts, ensuring client satisfaction, and driving consistent campaign success. We’re passionate about ROI and the value that we deliver for our clients which would require this position to consistently and strategically overcome creative challenges to provide fruitful results each month. You will be the primary point of contact for our key clients, coordinating with internal teams to deliver outstanding marketing solutions.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients.
• Understand client needs and objectives, and develop strategies to meet them.
• Coordinate and report on the execution of digital marketing campaigns.
• Monitor campaign performance and provide regular reports to clients.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions.
• Identify opportunities for growth within existing client accounts.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to provide clients with cutting-edge solutions.
Candidate Attributes

• Proven experience in account management including delivery within a digital marketing agency.
• Proven track record of managing successful client relationships.
• Excellent technical understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated leadership experience and the ability to inspire others.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to evolving industry trends.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
• Passion for digital marketing and brands.
