We're looking for an Operations Excellence Lead to drive performance, stability, and continuous improvement within a pilot manufacturing environment for our client. This is a hands-on role, combining shopfloor involvement with the development of scalable systems and processes.
Operations Excellence Lead Key Responsibilities:
* Define and track manufacturing KPIs (yield, throughput, cycle time)
* Implement SPC and drive process stability
* Lead Lean initiatives (standard work, flow, waste reduction)
* Identify bottlenecks and deliver continuous improvement
* Conduct root cause analysis and implement solutions
* Build visual management and performance systems
Experience required:
* Experience in operational excellence / continuous improvement
* Experience in biotech, life sciences, diagnostics, or medical device manufacturing
* Comfortable working cross-functionally and on the ground
* Six Sigma (Green/Black Belt)
* SPC and regulated environment experience
