Job Description
Role: Admin Assistant – (JPC-82)
Location: Sevenoaks, Kent (on-site)
Sector: Public & Private Sector Consultancy
Salary: £27,000 to £29,000 per annum
Main Responsibilities:
* Typing and issuing documents including minutes, letters, notices, reports and fee invoices.
* Electronic filing onto project files from shared mailbox.
* Meet and greet clients and visitors to the office.
* Diary Management - arranging appointments for surveyors and meeting room bookings.
* Answering the telephone and dealing with queries in a professional manner.
* Booking travel and accommodation.
* Opening of new jobs and maintaining the project database.
* Working on own initiative and as part of the wider admin support team.
* Any other ad hoc duties as required.
Essential Requirements:
* Eligible to live and work in the UK.
* Able to work from the office full time (Sevenoaks).
* Strong attention to detail.
* Use own initiative.
* Organised & efficient.
* Proficient with MS software, including Word, Outlook and Excel (including formulas).
* Able to work well under pressure.
* Experience of working in a professional office environment.
