Commis Chef - Edinburgh Zoo 12.21 per hour dependant on experience Flexible hours Evening and Weekend work Main Responsibilities To support the Kitchen team in delivering required standards of food and kitchen operation. Support and assist any kitchen section to the required standards set by management Ensuring that company Personal and Food Hygiene, Health and Safety Standards, policies and procedures are adhered to at all times.
