Role:
* Deliver building surveying services across the residential sector, including refurbishments and large-scale projects up to £20m.
* Undertake defect analysis, condition surveys, planned maintenance programmes, and detailed report writing.
* Provide project management and contract administration services.
* Act as a trusted advisor to clients, maintaining excellent relationships.
* Mentor and support junior surveyors and APC candidates.
* Contribute to business development and represent the company at industry events.
The Person:
* MRICS qualified Building Surveyor
* Proven experience in building surveying andproject management
* Residential experience
