Plasterer - Plastering (Social Housing)

About the Role:
We are currently looking for an experienced Plasterer to join our team, working on a long-term social housing contract. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality plastering works to tenanted and void properties across Trafford.
You'll play a key role in improving the condition and comfort of homes for residents, ensuring all work is carried out to a professional standard and in line with health and safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
* Carry out internal and external plastering works, including skimming, bonding, and patch repairs.
* Complete damp proofing treatments, including preparation, installation, and aftercare.
* Diagnose and repair issues related to rising damp, condensation, and penetrating damp.
* Work effectively in occupied homes, ensuring minimal disruption to tenants.
* Liaise with tenants, supervisors, and other trades as needed.
* Maintain a clean and safe working environment at all times.
* Accurately complete job sheets, timesheets, and documentation.

Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Plasterer, ideally within social housing or similar environments.
* NVQ Level 2 (or equivalent) in Plastering or relevant trade qualification.
* Valid UK Driving Licence (Company van provided).
* Good communication and customer service skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Own tools preferred (PPE and specialist equipment will be provided)
