What We’re Looking For:
* Solo Role: Willingness to be away in the truck for the week.
* Valid License: Hold a commercial Driving License with categories C / C+E.
* CPC Certification: Full Driver Certificate of Professional Competence (CPC) required.
* Tachograph Card: Must possess a Digital Tachograph / Smart Card.
* Background Check: Pass a background check (as permitted by law).
* Drug and Alcohol Test: Successfully pass a standard test (as permitted by law).
* Language Skills: Ability to speak and read English satisfactorily.
* Driving Record: Maximum of 6 penalty points on your Driver’s License (no DD, DR, or IN endorsements).
Your Responsibilities:
* Navigation: Use route navigation apps and your local knowledge to deliver packages on time.
* Professional Interaction: Engage with clients, colleagues, and suppliers in a professional manner.
* Maintenance Checks: Conduct daily checks on delivery trucks and trailers, reporting any issues.
* Real-Time Reporting: Report vehicle issues or schedule delays promptly.
* Weather Preparedness: Drive safely in various weather conditions, including light snow.
* Electronic Logs: Maintain accurate electronic logs to track routes and deliveries.
