What you’ll be doing As Deputy Manager, you will work closely with the Nursery Management Team to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the setting. You will lead by example, supporting staff across all rooms, maintaining high standards of care and education, and ensuring safeguarding and compliance are always prioritised. You will oversee planning and curriculum delivery, mentor and develop practitioners, and build strong relationships with families. Who we’re looking for We’re looking for someone with a minimum Level 3 Early Years qualification, strong knowledge of the EYFS, and proven experience in a supervisory or management role within a nursery or early years setting. You should be confident in leading teams, passionate about early childhood education, and committed to safeguarding and continuous professional development.
