Graduate Quantity Surveyor – 2026 Development Programme – Peterborough

What you'll do:
1. Support the preparation of cost estimates, budgets, and tender submissions.
2. Assist with contract administration and commercial reporting.
3. Monitor project costs, identify risks, and manage change processes.
4. Liaise with project managers, engineers, subcontractors, and clients (e.g. Anglian Water).
5. Ensure compliance with NEC contracts, procurement frameworks, and commercial procedures.
6. Contribute to value engineering, cost-saving initiatives, and financial forecasting.
What you'll bring to the role:
7. Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Commercial Management or equivalent (RICS accredited).
8. A strong interest in the water, utilities or infrastructure sector.
9. Clear written and verbal communication, strong attention to detail, team-working mindset and active pursuit of professional accreditation.
10. This role requires visits to sites across the UK. As such, we would expect you to have a driving licence or work towards obtaining one within your first year of working with us.
