About the Role: Deliver engaging and stimulating Business lessons across the curriculum, catering to all Key Stages (Years 7-11). Develop students' knowledge and understanding of core business concepts, fostering critical thinking and problem-solving skills. Utilize a variety of teaching methods to cater to diverse learning styles and ensure all students reach their full potential. Effectively prepare students for GCSE examinations. Contribute to the development of the Business curriculum, ensuring alignment with the National Curriculum and departmental goals. Play a role in creating a positive and inclusive learning environment that reflects the school's Catholic ethos. The Ideal Candidate: Qualified Business Teacher with a minimum of 2 years' successful teaching experience ( ECTs welcome). A strong passion for Business and a demonstrable track record of raising student achievement. Excellent subject knowledge and the ability to keep up-to-date with current business trends. Strong pedagogical skills and the ability to deliver engaging and interactive lessons. A commitment to high standards and creating a positive and supportive learning environment. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills. A willingness to support the Catholic ethos of the school (desirable but not mandatory).
