This is a hybrid role combining home-based working with regular travel to our services. About the Role As Quality Assurance Lead, you will play a key role in ensuring the highest standards of clinical care, governance and regulatory compliance across our homes. Working closely with the Quality Director and operational teams, you will provide expert oversight, identify areas for improvement and support homes to achieve and sustain excellence.
