Role Summary

We are looking for a talented Senior Digital CRO (Conversion Rate Optimisation) Manager to play a pivotal strategic role in shaping the digital customer journey for our valued customer, by leveraging behavioural data, performance analytics and stakeholder insights. Responsible for managing a cross-functional Digital team—including a Frontend Developer, eCommerce Executive, Customer Insights and Data Analyst and CRM executive—this role translates data into the design and implementation of actionable strategies that drives customer satisfaction and sustainable revenue growth.

Conversion Rate Optimisation across all Ickle Bubba sites globally.


Contracted hours:

Full-time: Monday-Friday, 37.5 hours per week

Key Responsibilities

* Own the deployment of the overall Digital strategy, grounded in user data and aligned with broader business goals aligned to both customer experience and trading performance
* Manage a high-performing team, providing strategic and day to day direction and mentoring across digital product management, CRM functions and eCommerce
* Analyse customer journey data, performance trends, and testing outcomes to shape optimisation roadmaps and deliver on them.
* Collaborate with the wider marketing teams to extract insights and transform them into strategic initiatives, whilst also providing key insights that will help shape their strategic direction.
* Define and prioritise testing hypotheses based on data insights, previous experimentation, or your own knowledge base of potential opportunities.
* Drive alignment across the organisation with clear communication of CRO outcomes and strategic rationale
* Translate customer behaviours into actionable narratives that inform journey, personalisation, content, and channel decisions
* Ensure that testing, CRM segmentation, and on-site experience are optimised through a holistic lens, rather than in silos
* A player manager, you will be happy to support when required, with a strong team mentality.


About you:

* Strong strategic thinking with deep understanding of user behaviour, digital performance metrics and conversion theory
* Proven experience in leading multi-disciplinary teams with a coaching and insight-led approach
* High-level proficiency in interpreting CRO and CRM data, using tools like GA4, heatmaps, session recordings, and advanced reporting platforms
* Excellent communication skills, especially in translating data into clear, compelling insights for non-technical stakeholders
* Skilled in prioritising high-impact opportunities based on customer pain points and business objectives
* Comfortable in cross-functional environments with an ability to create alignment around complex data narratives
* Adept at balancing long-term strategic vision with short-term optimisation wins
* An ability to manage and report within digital and analytical platforms e.g. Shopify, Bloomreach, GA4, Clarity and similar eCommerce analytics platforms.
