We are currently recruiting for an Operations Manager to work with us looking after a collection of contracts within Watford, Stevenage, Hemel Hempstead and Milton Keynes with travel required to surrounding areas.
Flexible- Covering sites from Watford, Stevenage to Milton Keynes
Rate of pay: £55,000 per annum, bonus + amazing benefits
Ensure contracts are organised and performing in accordance with and to our brand standards and company values
Assist the managers in the overall efficient and effective management of their contracts, which is to provide a high-quality product and food service to our clients
Ensure development and training of our team
Drive the service and support to exceed our clients and customers' expectations, innovating and being creative
Implement plans to achieve successful results for each contract
