Overview
Join HIT Training as an Area Business Consultant. The role is based remotely and covers the Bristol, Gloucestershire, Herefordshire and Worcestershire regions. The base salary is £27,000 plus commission.
Responsibilities
* Actively prospect new business leads and identify new client opportunities.
* Research potential clients and new business opportunities within your region.
* Network with local partners and clients to uncover new business opportunities.
* Travel to meet potential clients and partners to explore new business prospects.
* Set up and lead meetings and presentations to convert potential clients.
* Track and manage new business opportunities using the CRM system.
* Collaborate with the local team to prioritise new business generation and support enrolment targets.
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with new clients.
* Achieve or surpass monthly new business targets through proactive outreach.
* Coordinate with area managers and internal teams to advance new business leads.
* Collect and share client feedback and market insights with relevant departments.
Qualifications
* Previous experience in a business development role.
* Experience of new business development and lead generation.
* Excellent communication and relationship building skills.
* Natural problem solver who can take initiative and is self‑motivated.
* Ideally familiar with the further education and apprenticeship sector.
