The Role IDEAS Developing bold, culturally relevant creative concepts across health, tech and B2B briefs. Translating complex propositions into simple, powerful ideas that move people. Collaborating with strategists to ensure every execution is rooted in insight and participation. CRAFT Writing, art directing and shaping work across integrated channels, from social and content to brand platforms, stunts and 360 integrated campaigns. Working closely with designers and producers to bring ideas to life with precision and care. Presenting work clearly and confidently, building belief with both internal teams and clients. COLLABORATION Partnering across departments to ensure creative excellence at every stage of a project. Contributing to a culture of curiosity, experimentation and continuous improvement. Supporting and inspiring junior team members, raising the bar for the work around you. What we're looking for A midweight creative team (Art & Copy) with solid agency experience across integrated campaigns. Strong conceptual thinkers with a portfolio that demonstrates clarity, craft and versatility. Experience working across health, tech and/or B2B brands, with the ability to make complex subjects compelling. Natural collaborators who thrives in a fast-moving, multidisciplinary environment. Calm under pressure, proactive in approach, and hungry to push the work further.
