You would be providing Customer support to ensure all needs are met and resolutions reached efficiently and effectively.

* Managing customer queries via multiple communication channels
* Organising service bookings for occupational health services
* Coordination of clinics, managing schedules, and appointments
* Liaising with suppliers to ensure clinics run successfully

Salary: £29,250 per annum
Hours: 9AM - 5PM (Mon - Fri)
Person Specification
* Experience within customer service, preferably in appointment scheduling or support
* Strong with using CRM systems
* IT literate with a good working knowledge of Word, Excel & Outlook
* Organised with the ability to prioritise workload effectively
