Role Responsibilities: - Encourage and enable young people to manage their responsibilities within the project, adhering to their Licence Agreement. - Implement and follow support and risk management plans in collaboration with colleagues. - Maintain positive relationships with neighbours, local authorities, and other stakeholders. ️ - Ensure a calm and secure environment, particularly during evenings and overnight. - Provide necessary support during evenings, weekends, and sleep-in duties. Candidate Requirements: - Must hold an enhanced Adult and Child DBS. ️ - Minimum of 6 months experience within the UK. ⏳ - Ideally, have DBS on the Update Service. ✅️ - Demonstrate eligibility to work in the UK (sponsorship not available).
