This is a forward-thinking Training Practice in the Wadebridge area offering a structured, triaged workload, minimal home visits, and excellent MDT support. With a dedicated duty team and strong admin filtering, this role allows you to focus on clinical work without unnecessary pressure.

Workload & Structure
6 sessions (including Mondays & Tuesdays)
Total triage model (Klinik) – demand appropriately filtered and allocated
Routine clinics:
23 patients per day
11 morning / 12 afternoon
15-minute appointments, predominantly face-to-face
Duty system (well-structured):
Dedicated Duty GP handling triage only
Duty Support GP sees acute patients triaged by the Duty GP
Home visits:
Very minimal – largely covered by paramedics
Admin:
Strong filtering – GPs only see clinically relevant tasks

Regular team engagement:
Daily coffee break
Fortnightly education sessions
