We are looking for experienced Residential Property Paralegals across our Elgin and Inverness locations. The role will involve: Assisting lawyers with title due diligence Preparing first drafts of standard securities and discharges Ordering all relevant searches Preparing Land Registration application forms and submitting deeds for registration Preparing LBTT submissions.
