About The Role

Exciting Opportunity: Part-Time Finance Purchasing Technician in our Faculty office. Join the renowned Faculty of Engineering & Design, celebrated for its research excellence and teaching quality. We are seeking a proactive and motivated Finance Purchasing Technician to play a crucial role in contributing to the smooth running of the Faculty Purchasing function.


Key Responsibilities

* Receiving and vetting order requests.
* Checking appropriate suppliers have been selected and acquiring quotation where necessary.
* Enter requisitions for processing on Agresso and carry out supplier checks.
* Other finance related tasks as directed by Faculty Finance Officer.

Further Information

* Hybrid working model with a mix of on-campus and remote work.
* Part-time role: 29.2 (0.8 fte) hours per week.
