Role Overview
We’re seeking a confident and driven Sales Consultant to join our expanding team. You’ll be one of the first points of contact for customers exploring a garden annexe for themselves or a loved one. Guiding them from their initial enquiry to site survey, providing advice and expert knowledge of our products and process. You’ll lead virtual consultations, visit customers in person, and nurture a wider sales pipeline.
Key Responsibilities
· Develop and grow product knowledge across all aspects of design and materials
· Lead virtual consultations to understand the customers’ needs and answer their questions.
· Conduct comprehensive site surveys to assess suitability and showcase the finishing options available.
· Manage the sales pipeline, following up on leads and maintaining accurate CRM records (Monday.com and HubSpot)
· Prepare detailed customer quotes and thorough contracts.
· Collaborate with the design, procurement and build teams to ensure a smooth customer journey.
What We’re Looking For
· A minimum of 5 years’ experience in higher value sales, ideally home improvement or bespoke product sectors
· A proven history of meeting or exceeding sales targets
· Highly motivated and results driven
· Proactive and enthusiastic
· A strong communicator who enjoys building customer relationships
· Well organised with good attention to detail
· Willing and able to work away from home, including overnight stays
· Full UK driving license
· Strong IT literacy
