We are currently looking for a full-time permanent Warehouse Operative to come and join us at our site in Dagenham on behalf of our customer, Virgin Media. You will be working Monday – Friday, 07:00 - 16:00 which will be your permanent hours.

What you’ll do on a typical day:
* Ensuring that products are processed and handled correctly throughout the warehouse
* Operating Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and carrying out assigned computer-based tasks
* Responding to customer queries and requests in a professional and timely manner
* Carrying out van driving duties when requested
* Undertaking special projects, providing statistics, and reports as required
What you need to succeed at GXO:
* You are ideally computer literate and know how to work your way around systems (or a quick learner!)
* Customer service skills are essential
* You may be someone with a warehouse background who has dealt with systems rather than being paper based
* A Category B driving license is a must
