Location: Poole
Type: Full-time, Permanent
Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:30am to 5:30pm (40 hours/week)
Salary: £28,000 - £30,000 per annum
About the Role:
We're looking for an experienced administrator who thrives in fast-paced environments. You'll play a central role in coordinating engineer visits, managing job packs and van stock, raising invoices and quotes, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations within the maintenance team.
Key Responsibilities:
Scheduling engineer appointments and booking hotels
Preparing job packs, quotes, and invoices
Managing van stock and returns
Using Servicelife to maintain customer/site history
Chasing timesheets, job sheets, and outstanding quotes/invoices
Entering sales orders and costing engineer time
Handling calls, emails, and administrative tasks as needed
About You:
Experience in a similar administrative role (preferred)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
High attention to detail and accuracy
Strong numeracy and IT skills
Proficient with MS Office
Confident decision-maker who works well under pressure
