Executive Assistant Location: Hybrid Working – 3 Days in Office Salary: £38,000 – £42,000 Hours: 9am – 5pm Our client is a pioneering urban regeneration organisation operating at the heart of one of London’s most exciting growth areas. The Opportunity We are currently recruiting for an experienced and proactive Executive Assistant to support the Development Director within a growing and evolving organisation. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys bringing structure and organisation to busy teams, and takes pride in delivering high-level executive support. You will become a trusted support partner, helping manage day-to-day operations while enabling the Development Director to focus on strategic priorities. Working closely with senior leadership, you will take ownership of executive administration, governance coordination, and wider operational support across the business. Key Responsibilities Full diary and calendar management Inbox management and prioritisation Coordinating meetings, schedules, and travel arrangements Acting as a gatekeeper and key point of coordination for internal and external stakeholders Preparing reports, presentations, and business documentation Raising purchase orders and supporting administrative processes Assisting with Freedom of Information requests and external enquiries Supporting board and governance administration Coordinating board papers, agendas, and meeting packs Ensuring documents are distributed accurately and within deadlines Providing wider executive and operational support as required About the Development Director You will support a highly intelligent, hardworking, and task-focused senior leader who values efficiency, responsiveness, and professionalism. This role would suit someone who is confident, self-sufficient, and enjoys working with autonomy while building a strong working partnership. We are looking for someone who is: Highly organised with excellent attention to detail Proactive and able to work independently Confident supporting senior stakeholders Calm under pressure and able to manage competing priorities Professional, discreet, and trustworthy A strong communicator with excellent written and verbal skills Comfortable working within a fast-moving and evolving environment Someone who is naturally hands-on and “gets on with it”
