This role is within a specialist SEN provision supporting students with hearing impairments alongside complex needs. What They Are Looking For They are looking for someone who is: Patient and resilient Comfortable working with varying communication needs Confident using BSL in structured and unstructured settings Willing to learn and develop Daily Structure Your day will include: Supporting morning transitions Delivering communication support during lessons Assisting with personal and emotional needs Supporting structured play and interaction Staff remain on site until 3:30pm–4:30pm for planning and documentation.
