Our prestigious medical client is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and client-facing Clinic Operations Manager to join their team. The focus of this role is to elevate the client experience and streamline daily operations. Working within an innovative environment, this is a pivotal role requiring someone who can act as a lynchpin between the clinical team and clients, ensuring every process and interaction is handled and delivered in a first-class manner.
The successful candidate will have proven experience in a similar role within a high-end medical or aesthetic clinic setting. They should be exceptionally organized with strong multitasking abilities and a keen eye for detail. A polished, professional demeanor with excellent communication and interpersonal skills is essential.
The candidate should be comfortable using CRM systems, scheduling software, and other operational tools. A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with the ability to work independently and anticipate needs is crucial.
Working hours are Monday to Friday, 10 am to 6 pm.
