Prospero Teaching is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join a welcoming primary school in Prestwich. The Role:
* Supporting teaching and learning across Key Stages 1 and 2
* Leading small group interventions to boost pupil progress
* Covering classes during teacher absence (PPA or short-term cover)
* Assisting teachers in planning and delivering engaging lessons
* Supporting children with additional needs to ensure access to the curriculum
The Successful Candidate Will:
* Hold HLTA status or equivalent qualification/experience
* Have recent experience working within a UK primary school
* Demonstrate strong communication and organisational skills
* Be committed to promoting a positive learning environment and high standards of behaviour
* Be flexible, proactive, and passionate about helping children succeed
