Ensure compliance with NHS and statutory obligations, working closely with the Safety & Quality team and CRGPA colleagues to develop and implement new protocols. Culture & Engagement

Cultivate a positive, inclusive environment where all team members feel valued and empowered to contribute to practice development.
Promote a culture of innovation and continuous improvement, encouraging adaptability and proactive change management.
