Macildowie HR are working with a leading business in Leicester as they are looking for an L&D Advisor to join them on a permanent basis.
They are a huge brand in the manufacturing world and are looking to grow their team within L&D (with an early careers focus!)
You will be responsible for delivering critical day-to-day L&D operational requirements in a fast paced department, you will be scheduling training, creating L&D content, delivering sessions (including apprenticeship and learning programmes) and coach managers on best practice.
You will build relationships with external providers, tracking the progress of apprenticeships and be the first point of contact for all L&D queries internally for current apprentices, internship/early careers roles.
You will be the first point of contact within the L&D function on a daily basis and will support all sites within the business for their training requirements. This role is based out of a Leicester site and will require some element of travel locally, however this is also the opportunity to work from home 1-2 days a week.
You will be responsible for the Learning Management System and liaising with Line Managers to understand the learning and training needs within their teams. Being data focussed will really serve you well, as you will monitor the progress of apprenticeships on a dashboard, reporting on findings and ROI.
