3. Manage the accounts receivable process, including invoicing and payment tracking.
4. Ensure timely collection of outstanding payments from clients and partners.
5. Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies effectively.
6. Prepare regular financial reports and updates for the Accounting & Finance department.
7. Collaborate with internal teams to address billing issues and improve processes.
8. Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with financial regulations.
9. Assist with audits and provide necessary documentation as required.
10. Support the team with additional accounting tasks as needed.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Accounts Receivable Analyst should have:
11. Experience in accounts receivable or a similar role in the Accounting & Finance sector.
12. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
13. Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office tools.
14. Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
15. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
16. Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements.
