Key Responsibilities
* Provide technical support to customers via phone and email.
* Troubleshoot queries and deliver effective solutions.
* Work collaboratively with colleagues across the business to ensure outstanding customer service.
Skills & Experience
* Excellent communication and administrative skills, with strong attention to detail.
* Previous motor trade or automotive experience is desirable but not essential – full training will be provided.
