ABC Teachers is looking to recruit a dedicated and flexible Secondary HLTA (Higher Level Teaching Assistant) for a rewarding long-term supply position at a well-respected Secondary School in Edgbaston.
The role:
Support teachers in delivering engaging lessons across a range of subjects.
Lead small group interventions and cover classes when required.
Assist with planning and preparing learning activities.
Promote positive behaviour and help students achieve their potential.

Requirements
To be considered for the role of Secondary HLTA you will:
* HLTA qualification or relevant experience in a Secondary School setting.
* Strong communication and organisational skills.
* Confidence to cover lessons and manage a classroom effectively.
* A genuine passion for supporting young people’s learning.
* Ability to obtain suitable references, a valid DBS Check and hold the Right to Work in the UK (ABC Teachers do not offer sponsorship)
Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position are:
* a HLTA Qualification, experience in a similar position with children in the last 5 years.
