About the role
Join our Balvac-Living Places team as a Site Agent and contribute to impactful projects that shape the industry and address tomorrow's challenges.
What you'll be doing
1. Manage project teams and supply chains to meet project targets regarding time, cost, and quality.
2. Ensure adherence to company procedures and policies, including the Business Management System.
3. Understand contract terms and conditions relevant to each project.
4. Ensure works are constructed according to contract drawings, specifications, and the Project Management Plan.
5. Manage site dimensional control, facilitating setting out of works by contractors.
6. Produce and maintain site documentation such as PMP, PVPMP, ITP, and Construction Phase Management Plans across various schemes.
7. Develop and review construction methods statements and risk assessments to ensure efficient and safe construction practices.
8. Prepare scheme programmes, monitor progress, and measure productivity outputs.
Who we're looking for
* Experience in delivering structural repair and specialist repair projects.
* Experience working on infrastructure schemes.
* Ability to manage teams efficiently and handle individual scheme costs.
* Strong health and safety management skills, including Behavioral Safety.
* Leadership, communication, and influencing skills to achieve targets.
