You’ll play a key role in helping a pupil navigate their school day, building trust and creating a safe, structured environment where they can thrive. Your day might involve: Providing consistent 1:1 support tailored to the pupil’s individual needs Helping manage routines, transitions, and emotional regulation Supporting communication and social development Working closely with the SENCO and teaching staff to deliver personalised strategies Celebrating small wins that lead to big progress Who This Role Is Perfect For You’re calm, resilient, and genuinely passionate about supporting children with Autism.
